The Stable Rooms at the Oak Bar Ranch are just 7 miles outside of Patagonia Arizona.

Patagonia, with a population of just 900, is a delightful arts community that supports unique galleries and offers wonderful meals in 3 restaurants, 1 café and a true old west Cowboy Bar.

With the entire area surrounded by the Coronado National Forest the potential for outdoor activities is endless.

The town is nestled into a valley at an elevation of 4050 feet. This setting makes for mild weather year round.

While early summer can be warm, the area never sees the heat of the desert cities of Tucson or Phoenix. In early July a monsoon season starts, bringing with it afternoon rains that usher in cool evenings and hills as green as any in Ireland.

Except in the dead of night, winter rarely requires anything other than a sweater.

Getting to the Oak Bar:

Flying: Tucson is the nearest commercial airport.  While the Nogales International Airport is just two miles from the gates of the ranch, it only serves general aviation aircraft.

Driving: The ranch is 65 miles from the Tucson International Airport and can be reached via Interstate 19/Hwy 82 or Interstate 10/Hwy 83/Hwy 82.

The physical address is 1075 Hwy 82, Nogales Arizona 85621.

Take Hwy 82 south from Patagonia or north from Nogales, and you will find the white Oak Bar sign and entrance between Patagonia Lake State Park and the Nogales International Airport on the South side of Hwy 82, just a 1/4 mile south of Mile Marker 11.
